Beat Your Sweating Demons Review

There are tons of articles out there that claim to have the secret to put and end to profuse sweating.  Brian Barrett writes in his book, “Beat Your Sweating Demons” all sorts of claims that do not come any where close to what his title claims.  All he does is present a method for dealing with sweating problems which, if you look at it logically, you could figure out for yourself, because they only cover the symptoms and really provide no cure for the underlying problem.  Mr. Bryant has suffered from excessive armpit sweat and comes across as a regular human being with good intentions, but he is only relating what has worked for him.  His methods will not work for everybody, as he portrays in his book.

He is really good at connecting with his readers and he portrayed a little of what he went through and the life he lead through his previous book, “Beat Your Sweating Demons”.  Don’t get me wrong, I am not saying that his book is just a chronicle of someone who has experienced sweating problems.  Brian did do an admirable job of presenting information on how to stop excessive sweating in a clear, short and snappy manner that is  easily understood by every person.

Beat Your Sweating Demons – About the eBook

He starts off by humbly introducing himself, and then launches into a description of the causes and types of excessive sweating disorders. There isn’t a great deal in the way of technical medical jargon and it is presented in a clear and easily understandable manner. The book seems to be designed for the average person on the street, not for someone who is looking to do in depth medical research on the problem.

There are many books out there on profuse sweating problems that simply just  try to sell to the public on a particular method of relief .  Brian Barrett manages to stay away from this and, in point of fact, arranges specific information on radical therapies such as invasive surgeries. He does a good job of presenting natural  healing methods, including the use of essential oils and baking soda, and draws an outline on how they have achieved quality results for him.

He even gives  an option  how changing to a correct diet can provide help in reducing excessive sweating and how important it is to practice good general hygiene. Having this type of personal touch goes a long way towards adding to his credibility.

On the whole, his book is well written and if I have one  complaint it would be that he could have been a little more  specific on the subject of the essential oils. It would have been nice to have gotten some recipes, but there are tons of them out there anyway, so I can’t fault him for that. With that being said, I would recommend reading “Beat Your Sweating Demons” if you are suffering from profuse sweating problems.
